When attack assist module give me +1 (assist unit)?

It's not a free Assist unit, you have only +1 to limit (for Assist unit only) when you attack. Assist module works for all areas you control.
It also doesn't mean that assist units get an assist value!
It can be explained as +0.5 unit cap to all areas, or correctly +1 unit cap (assist) to all areas.
