If i lose 3 action at mythos pharse (and i dont have Leo de luca). Can i still havr my turn to active and play fast card and trigger fast ability.
For exemple. Lose 3 action, can i have turn to active Neutral Tarot to have another action, or play hidding spot, working the hunt, .....
