Yep. You cannot, however, use a planet's Production and a REPAIR ship to repair the same ship in orbit.

So if a GA has to submit orders for a teammate in the future, how will he be able to submit orders if he doesn't know what has been partially constructed on that player's planets, or how many GF that player has on each planet, etcetera?

Hey @GhostofNobodyInParticular , it appears that Mon Cala has 4 GF in the map but is not listed as such in your planet directory on page 1. Is this an oversight?

If a player is absent, that information will be provided to the GM privately. I just don't want team mates able to 1) edit, 2) have 100% knowledge of the teammate's spreadsheet at all times.

No. You will note that there are no GFs listed for any of the planets in the Rules, just their name, faction, keyword, and production.

To clarify: There is no guarantee that a planet will not have GF. The apparent discrepancy between the rules and the map is cleared away when it is observed that the rules do not mention the military forces present on any planet, save the 5 special neutrals, and those in a separate section.

Can you explain the logic here?

If you can partially build a unit why can you not partially upgrade your infrastructure?

Do we have a deadline on orders to be handed to the GA for compilation? Or are we each handing to GM and the GA only comes in when there is a problem?
