Inferno guard invoker is brought back via Forebearer's Echoes and then targets itself to honour. If a break occurs, does it sacrifice itself, or go to the bottom of the deck?

Both delayed effects occur at the same time: “at the end of the conflict.” Because both cannot resolve simultaneously, the first player will resolve which resolves first (the second will not resolve, as the card has already left play and can no longer be sacrificed or placed on the bottom of the deck).
