It was announced as Q1 this year did not come out, Steam says Q2 2019, but well that has come and gone, I can't find anything else about this game in fact I almost completely forgot about it. So does anyone know anything about this game?

An update posted just today on the Steam page stated that they are still working on bringing it to completion. So, still delayed, not dead.... for now.
