Guardian and dodge

By syrath, in Rules

Looking at Obiwans unit card it says, if you defend or use guardian and also use a dodge token his soresu mastery effect comes into play. This wording does not seem to intimate that using the dodge token while using Guardian is something specific to the Obi-Wan unit (specifically, "when you are defending or using Guardian, if you spend a dodge token").

Does this mean that if you had a commander with esteemed commander , Lets say Leia and you had 2 rebel trooper units at range one who both were benefiting from her take cover ability then both those units could absorb a non critical hit using the dodge token and recycling it providing Leia effectively the ability to shrug of 2 non crit hits each hit till the end of the round because both units could use Guardian 1 , use the dodge token to remove that hit, recycle the token ready for the next hit, and if Leia has her own dodge token and is in heavy cover , enabling her to remove up to 5 non crit hits on every incoming shot.

Currently, there is no window to spend a dodge token during Guardian. We will have to wait and see the full RRG entry for Soresu to see if there is some kind of exception, or if there will be a change to how Guardian works.

Thanks thats what I thought
