There is obviously some mistakes in there. Rank 1 Kata at Rank 1, Coiling Serpent Style at Rank 2 and Thunderclap Strike at Rank 3 are listed as privileged access despite being techniques of that Rank - i.e., no early access is offered. I can understand if the intent was to simply have the techniques on the tables, to count fully towards advancement, but on the whole this is confusing.

Kata are not listed as available techniques, kiho, rituals and shuji are. So any kata to be acquired need to be privileged.

Ahhhhh, admittingly that is weird. But neat.
