What are the rules for having a painted army at the NA championship at Gen Con? Dose my army have to be 100% painted so I can play?

They’ll release a document closer to the event, but, last year they did not. Only adepticon has had it so far.

Even if they were to require it, the usual definition of "100% painted" isn't as stringent as most people think. 3 colors not counting primer, plus bases must be finished, is the most complex written rules I've ever seen. Usually its condensed down to "3 colors" which means a sprayed white stormtrooper, with black gun and grey highlights on said gun is painted.

No painting is required for Gen Con unless you want to try to win the painting award.
