Challara the Geomancer has the Star of Kellos trinket "Add 1 additional green power die to your attack pool".

Does the additional green power die added to Brightblaze and to the Summoned Stones attack pools (attacks due to Terracall for example) as well?

No. Star of Kellos adds to your attack pool, it does not add to your weapon. Brightblaze and some stone attacks are based on your magic weapon pool.

Another question:

Silhouette the Monk/Bard attacks with 2 one-handed Meelee weapons, roll an X. She has the harmony on Aria of War "If a hero within 3 spaces of you performs an attack his attacks gains +1 damage".

Does she gets the +1 for the X damage - is it 3 or 4 after all?

Silhouette's ability when you failed is fixed. It is not an attack, it is a triggered ability that occurs when you fail an attack, so it is 1 heart plus the number of weapons equipped, and it is all, so in the example you are giving, it would only be 2

I think it's 3 because she has 2 one-handed weapon, a Traveller's Blade and a Trident.

Can Reynhart the Worthy as Bestmaster reroll an X with his Ability for his Wolf (or for the reanimate as Necromancer)? And with his Feat?

No. The wolf is separate from Reynhart.
