Does Force push enables the option to push an enemy miniature out of Melee contact?

If yes, what happens if the Commander of a trooper unit gets pushed out of Melee contact with an enemy? Are the other minitures still in Melee combat?

Yes, the card even says that you can make the unit make that move even if they are engaged.

When the unit leader makes that speed-1 move, you have to place all other minis of that unit in cohsion. At that moment they are also removed from the melee because they can't be in a melee if the unit leader isn't.
