Hello,

the panels on imperial ties are a real pain to paint. What are some recommendations for painting some simple designs on them? I'm a basic brush kind of guy with a relatively steady hand.

are you thinking of something like aurabesh lettering, bands of color, or animals.

Or I just use the primer to do the base. Unless I'm trying to go over white in which case I did my primer in white and black panels then touched up in white again for the parts i botched.

The simplest thing I can think of is to use the vertical lines on the top and bottom triangle panel as guidelines in order to make vertical stripes. Does that make sense?

That, or add some color to the cockpit or the window frame.
