Does she get the attack from charge during this move?
So....Could I play Rebellious, activate Jyn, move up and attack (Charge), second action: attack , end her turn. Enemy unit activates and rallies, (Rebellious)Make a third attack for that round?
Or am I only able to make one attack each round? So all she can do is maybe activate, move up and get a charge attack, spend her second action for quick thinking, end turn, enemy activates and rallies, Jyn's only Rebellious option is to move out of melee?

Bonus question:
What's the difference between Operatives and Commanders? I thought it was that Operatives don't have command cards but I just noticed they have them also....

You can never do an attack action (or any action other than move) more than once per activation, so charge (move + attack action) -> attack action is right out. Yes, charge would apply during the Rebellious move and she could attack again since it's not during her activation.
The difference between those ranks is that they are different ranks. The only rules difference I can recall is that you can only nominate an Operative to issue orders in your command phase if you played a command card specific to that operative.

You can only perform each action (except for move) once during each activation.

During the activation.....So I could attack during her activation and if she later charges into somebody via Rebellious she can attack then?

Late to the game here, remember though that is she charges during her own activation(as opposed to shooting) she would already be in melee , so if she is now engaged she cannot charge again since the only movement she could do is to disengage (which isn't a move action). If the activated unit is the one she charged though she can indeed hit it again ( so sometimes it's better to shoot in her activation, then charge on theirs.)

I’m not sure whether or not this is right, but it’s how I’ve always looked at Rebellious.
It gives you a free move or a free attack (not attack action). If you move and charge, the charge states you get a free attack action . I would think this would mean you cannot use an attack action on Jyn’s turn and move and charge using Rebellious.
However, if you move and charge on her activation, then you can perform the free attack when Rebellious is triggered (since it is not another attack action).
So I don’t think you can both charge or use an attack action on her activation and charge with Rebellious. But you can charge or attack on her activation and use an attack when Rebellious is triggered (but not charge).
Is that right?

No, the limit of 1 attack action is per activation, not per turn. When you charge using the Rebellious effect is not part of Jyn's activation.

Apparently, I read or heard somewhere that they originally didn't have the once per turn stipulation on the card leading to turns with 3 or 4 moves/attacks extra, however yes you can definitely use this to get a second off turn attack or movement .in a recent game I was in melee range of Boba Fett when he had triggered his rocket so I just blasted into melee with Boba as soon as he activated.

I'm talking about during development, it's allowed Jyn to activated for a move action or attack for every one of your opponents activations in range, Alex Davy mentioned it at the recent WC.
