Move After a Climb

By BenBot, in Rules

I’m pretty sure I’ve seen this but just wanted to double check:

I’ve got a Sniper Strike Team. The Leader is in base contact with a ladder and the Unit performs a Climb Action but I choose to leave the 2nd mini at the bottom of the ladder.

Question: The next time the unit moves do I need to perform another climb action to get the 2nd mini up the ladder?

Im pretty sure the movement is from the leader only and the rest just have to be in cohesion after the move but I wanted to double check. I think the rule about difficult terrain and non leader Minis starting in difficult terrain slowing the whole unit down might be confusing things...

Thanks!

its 1 climb to go up and then the move the other minis have enough common sense to follow with out wasting your actions so no two climbs are needed.
