Hello everyone, this thread will be used to collect a summary of spoilers for the various Dynasty Packs in the upcoming Inheritance Cycle. I'll be updating this post as and when we get more info. Updated with 2 more packs (I don't know how I missed the third one.)

It has been noted that one of the characters in the 4th pack is a pre-gen from the starter box. I'm not quite ready to say that all 7 of the beginner pre-gens will be in this pack, but will point out that the gaps between the cards shown would allow for them all to be included, and then the Topaz Champion as a neutral, using the other art from the province backers.

Then card 69 could be Tsuma Seido, a Crane Province that lets you do something to do with the Test of the Topaz Champion.

Why do you have lion and unicorn provinces in pack 2?

Also Tyler Parrot (SP?) said at one point that dragon'd be getting a stronghold in this cycle, although we don't know precisely when, but given that it's supposed to be legal for gen con, I'd imagine one of the earlier packs. I don't know if other clans were mentioned specifically, but I know based on Tyler's comments there was some speculation of a crab SH as well.

We're starting to get spoilers on blogs/websites for this cycle now. Just 2 Crane for the moment, but I'm sure there will be more where they came from.

All right I'm now starting to get annoyed at the lack of news on this cycle.

With the fact that noting was released this week we are now getting to crunch time for the full cycle to be legal for Worlds, assuming they want to avoid the premier event for the year to be a partial cycle event.

If they release pack 1 next week that would give us 19 weeks to get the cycle out and have it be legal for Worlds (assuming the standard 11 day requirement). That would mean a pack every 4 weeks and one of the packs needs to have a 3 week gap between it and the previous pack. Factor in that they also want to release at least 2 more clan packs before Worlds and that is a lot of releases to fit into the next 6 months.

We really need some concrete news on release soon.

At the moment, I'd settle for a UK release date for the Crane pack or Unicorn novella...

I think the delay in any card news is linked to the story. Spoilers for cards may give away plot points that are about to happen because this cycle addressing the fallout of the recent fictions. Also, the RPG will be releasing an adventure that is set at the winter court which may also have tie-ins with the story. So I am hoping everything is tied together and when the pieces fall together there will be a small explosion of news/updates.

That or I could be completely wrong.

I'm not putting Dragon Tattoo in here yet, because we have no way of knowing whether it is in the Inheritance Cycle or the Dragon Pack.

There shouldn't be too many questions.
The potential for something like this has been in the RRG since version 1.
An attachment card enters play ready and attached to another card or game element , and remains in play unless it is removed by an ability, or unless the attached card leaves play.

I am unconvinced of the attribution of all of those cards to the third pack. If it were the case, then there would be 1 card for the Crab, Dragon and Phoenix clans combined . Also, card number 121 would be in pack 6 of the cycle.

There are also 2 5-cost cards from one clan. So far, FFG have kept a strict rota on the 5-cost cards:1 per Clan per cycle. Breaking away from that would be odd, although I suppose it could be 2 per Clan. I'll put them in the spreadsheet but not attached to any set yet.

NO question not everything on the list is in that particular set, but I do think we'll be getting both Hotaru and Kuwanen in the same pack a) because they are the FFG pre-order deck backers for that pack, and b) since they are mutually exclusive for deck construction makes sense that they would be together to put that choice front and center for Crane.

Just to note, from the live stream today Tyler confirmed pack 3 is indeed themed around the CRANE CLAN CIVIL WAR so...Hotaru and Kuwanan are almost certainly both in that pack.
