If you wish, that makes sense. It seems the 5th Sector coordinated a sneak attack. The FUNK can arrive with the following turn's orders.
@LTD rule clarification please - how exactly do capital planets behave when an occupier leaves?
If a capital planet is no longer occupied, does it automatically revert to the owner or must it be re-captured?
It appears as if hostilities between @Matt3412 , @FortyInRed , and @The Jabbawookie may be coming to a close. I would like to avoid any unnecessary confrontation.
If an occupied capital planet becomes ungarrisoned for any reason (evac, uprising, bombardment) it will revert to the control of the original player.
Any other planet will simply become neutral.
In the case of multiple fleets arriving in the same location on the same turn, combat will be resolved with the two largest fleets fighting first, loser retreats. Then the next two largest and so on until only one fleet remains in orbit. The other fleets all retreat.
In the event of equal sized fleets a random event device will be employed.
Any other rules questions I have missed?

@LTD question regarding building ships for another player. Is there any prohibition on player 1 producing ships for player 2 while player 2 maintains the only fleet in orbit?
Assume both have no-fire orders so it isn't considered a blockade.
As long as the fleet in orbit does not enforce a blockade the planet can build ships etc.
Because of the simultaneous nature of the turn phases you cannot gain credits or use them on your capital world this turn (8). The planet will not revert to your control until after the move / jump phase - it will be your planet again from phase one of turn 9.

Each person can claim an objective only once. For example, the "Summer House" objective. Many of us have claimed it, but you can't claim it more than once.
@LTD now that I have my capital back, can I claim the VP for building my summer house? I lost my capital right after it was built.
