Brecor stands at attention, saluting the general and the rest of the bridge crew. "Ensign Brecor Sturit, awaiting orders!"
Star Wars: For the Empire! IC
The gunner commander would watch Kham, making sure he did everything right, nodding as he did so.
Get to your station ensign.
The bridge master, Commodore Tracelyn Markov would tell the male as she turned to him, her storm grey eyes seemingly piercing through the male as she commanded him.
Brecor gives the Commodore a slight bow in deference as he moves to his station.
Kham completes his checks and reports to the Gunnery officer,”Weapon ready sir.”
Before long, the ship would be ready for entry into the planet’s atmosphere, when they could see a swarm of pirate ships, made from a mishmash of vessels of all shapes, sizes, ages and looks rising up from the planet.
All crew, to battle stations. Ground crew, get ready for orbital drop.
The commodore would command as she stood slightly behind and to the side of the admiral, waiting for orders.
Edited by player3333902Once at his station, Brecor checks to make sure everything is as he last left it and awaits further commands.
Cani climbs into the cockpit of the walker and begins pre-walk checks. All systems were running within acceptable parameters, ammunition was loaded, and hull integrity was optimal. She then brought up her personal test program on the hud. "Ok, hunnybun. Let put you through your paces. Promise I wont break you." She gave an affectionate pat to the control panel.
"Let's shoot down some pirates," Kel says as he drops into his cockpit.
Edited by SHADOWGUARD CHAMPIONDen follows the rest of the squad to their respective station, giving his gear a quick pat down to make sure it was all in the right place and in proper order. The duros was a firm believer in the right tool for the right job, and the more tools you had the better you would fare in the battlefield.
“Incoming hostile vessels.” Kham reports as he brings his turret to bear and brings the cannons up to full charge,”Firing solution coming in now. Standing by for orders.”

Is that Saul? If so, then do I need to roll initiative?
Loading onto the landing craft, Den would glance around the other soldiers there. This was his first time in action, or at least proper action outside of the simulations. He was ready to go and prove himself good and proper on the battlefield.
One by one, troop transports started to lift off, heading out of the hangar as they started to descend into orbit, the various walkers hanging from their respective carriers, for orbital drops.
Meanwhile, the pirate armada started to accelerate towards the carriers, as if intending to spear them and destroy them.
All fighters, launch. Protect those carriers at all costs.
The general then ordered, which was relayed to the fighters, who were now given permission to launch.
Kell slides down into his fighter and takes off, "Nova Seven reporting in."
Edited by SHADOWGUARD CHAMPIONTroops, be ready for combat. Be advised, pirates are well armed. Expect a fight. For the Empire!
The commander in the troop transport would announce as the walkers dropped in from orbit. As they fell, seceral pirate fighters veered off towards them, their sights aimed at these carriers.
Nova seven, nova eight, take those fighters out!
The squad captain would command as the area around them was set ablaze with various blaster bolts.
Ensign! I want you on sensors, now!
The commodore would then yell at Brecor.
Make sure you scan for any new vessels that could be heading towards us or our transports!
Fire at will.
The gunnery commander would command, his eyes on the pirate fighters flying about around him.
With a screech, the Z-95 the pirate is piloting, probably scavenged, streaks towards Kel, it’s blasters ablaze as it scores a hit on the hull of Kel’s TIE, the blaster bolt scraping against Kel.
Kel fires at the pirate ships, while taking evasive maneuvers to make himself harder to hit.
Streaking through the air, the next pirate ship, a Lancelet Interceptor, took a shot at Kel, scoring a hit, with the bolt scraping against Kel’s hull, but as it flew, it was suddenly it by a bolt from an enemy, causing one of it’s fuel cell’s to explode, the ship spiralling out of control, but not down yet.
