Is there a list of participating stores? Finding this sort of information from ffg is always a chaotic process, but This time I could not even find such a list.

If the information I received from my FLGS over the weekend is any indication, FFG just notified retailers that were approved to hold one this past week. I would expect that a list of locations would be forthcoming from FFG by the end of January.

I do know that the Hyperspace Trials don't start until March 2019.

I've heard stores have to submit dates by 1/9 and also 1/14 not sure which is the right one. But I would assume we won't see a list till Feb.

theres an FFG discord with all the store owners for each region. southeast is already scheduled, just not been announced.
