I have no quarrel with the Imperium's traitors, so long as they cause no disruption in my domain. I thus will neither aid nor impede either side in their struggle unless provoked. That would have been my forces, sorry. I assumed no combat would ensue from scouting, as clon had pointed out. I was quite surprised to hear of conflict in the area. Is the planet also under your jurisdiction, or am I free to engage?

We don't know who the player is, as all I was told was that an engagement had occurred, what forces were involved, and what the result was.
