Anyone else think rotation will happen once the new starter decks hit stores? I hope it’s soon my regional is February and I don’t want to play standard as it is as I’ve really only be playing trilogy.

We already know when Rotation hits - it is when this new Convergence set releases.

That is what FFG has stated. It was in one of their news articles for Destiny. Look it up. I do believe there is a 2 week? wait between the release of product and its use in a regional or is that just nationals?
Either way we don't know when the new set will come.
