Just a quick question (more because of my bad English):

Swift Magistrate text says: While this character is attacking, each other character that has 1 or more fate on it does not count its skill toward the resolution of this conflict.

That means also the same Swift Magistrate who has 1 or more fate on it? I know that other character on my side with fate will not count their skill, but how about the Magistrate himself/herself? And what if I attack with two Swift Magistrate?

By 'each other character' it is meant to exclude itself, so a Magistrate with fate on it still counts while attacking. However, if you have two magistrates attacking, they'll both affect each other, so if either of them have fate on them, those won't contribute.
