You can do random (kinda sealed) on TTS, but a good portion of players enjoy picking their deck.

Chains would help bring a deck "down" for sure. I have not seen chains being used online.

While the analysis might be true, it doesn't concern 99,9% of the playerbase (since most players wont face this deck). Which makes this game so appealing to me! Also the strength of a deck does not matter very much in a best out of 3 match (with deck swaps and chain bidding)
