I've measured the bases from the Priority Supplies expansion and are slightly bigger* than objective tokens.

Anyone know if they can be legally swapped?

*in fact, top of the base is SAME SIZE, bottom is a bit bigger.

Yeah, according to the insert that comes in the box that’s the idea. We’ve been using them as such in nearly all our games.

Priority supplies are meant to be used as objective tokens:

At the time being you have following objectives:

Vaporators: you need 4 objective and you use the 4 Vaporators

Intercept transmission: you need 3 objective and you have three consolles

Recover supplies: you need 5 objective and you have 5 crates.

Breakthrough: no need for objective

the other card is still 3 objective so again you can use the consolles.

Question would be if using that was tournament legal, but I think it seems to be.
