Maybe because this one isn't as much of a flame-war as the Keyforge one... yet

Perhaps it's just because Keyforge packs are way too small to be loot boxes. I mean, come on, it's just a pack of cards; sure you could fit some pieces of eight or maybe even doubloons in there, but it'll really start to buckle under that kind of weight. The Discover box, on the other hand, can be stuffed full of precious stones and pearl necklaces and golden Aztec tchotchkes, so the "loot box" accusation has more weight behind it.
