Does Armada's Executor prove Legion will get an AT-AT?

I think it could be cool for missions! Like set up very asymmetrical objective situations. Sort of like X-Wing epic play was a different set up than normal X-Wing but compatible.

I don't think you could add into a normal game and have it be workable - unless it was a unit for Grand Army games only and cost 800 pts by itself and was it's own commander.

I could imagine some sort of Evacuate the Base objective game that could be fun. Sort of a Battle of Hoth Sim where an AT-AT acts as an extension of the round marker. As it approaches the base, Rebels try to escape while Empire tries to attack. Victory points assigned based on how many rebels escape/how many rebels captured/killed/etc by the time the ATAT busts though. The way I imagine it is acts less as a unit but more as a timer... a timer with guns haha.

It would need some balancing and tweaks, (though for the rebels in Empire Strikes Back it wasn't a balanced fight to begin with) but that could be a fun custom scenario to run with some friends with a little more thought put into how it would work lol.

Armada's been out for 3 years, I wouldn't expect anything on the scale of the AT-AT for awhile yet, especially as next year is likely to be entirely clone wars releases for Legion.

Hey.. don't rain on my parade... ? Someone on here said the AT-AT is supposed to be 14-15 inches if scaled correctly... And that's the way I expect it to be...

In my previous comment "scale" was in reference to the amount of effort needed to sculpt and manufacture an 18 inch long, 19 inch tall model, not the size. Armada seemed to have a bit of a lull in releases prior to the SSD.

GivenFFG has more than a few models to design and produce for the Clone Wars factions to be on par with the existing GCW factions, I expect most of their effort to be devoted to that endeavor, and/or most of 2019's releases.
