Today was a good day...

By Gengis Jon, in Battle Reports

...didn’t even have to use my AK.

Instead, I had Luke force push an AT-ST off the map on Round 2.

In an attempt to disrupt my plans to deploy a new (for me) Army build, my opponent forced long march and totally disrupted my battle plan. It was actually a slick move on his part. He really got inside my head and I fumbled around trying to figure out how to deploy my 3 AT-RT Wolfpack within the narrow confines.

But then came his fatal flaw. Because of the narrow approach he pushed his AT-ST off to the side to get into a better firing position and all but killed one of my AT-RTs. That’s when I double moved Luke just within range to throw him of the board with the free action. He never saw it coming.

I don’t know if I’ve had a more satisfying moment in Legion so far.

Yeah, today was a good day.

Um sorry to tell you but force push only works on enemy trooper units. Sooooo.... you owe that guy an At-st back lol

Haha, it was pretty awesome. But an embarrassing mistake nonetheless. I’d read or heard about someone doing that to a speeder bike at some point and ever since have had it in my head that was a legit move. (Ok, I admit, have especially dreamed about one day doing that to an AT-ST.)

Oh well.

Thanks for the correction!

No problem! Good luck in your future games! ?
