So I quickly saw on page 5 of the new rule book that the Operative is added to the list of types but the counts for how many you can have both minimum and maximums for all of them seem to have been removed yet still has the line "Each army must include the following:" Suggesting you must contain all of them. Besides the fact that not all factions have all types what is the actual rules for this?
