To climb a building you have to perform an action of climb or clamber, but to go down, can a model jump from the top of a tower without being damaged? I do not see reflected in the regulation the option to download. Thank you.

Take a look at pages 10 and 17 of the downloadable RRG. Moving vertically (whether you go up or down ) requires a climb or clamber.
