When a Unit uses its Standby Token to get an Action, can it also use a Free Action (For Example Darth Vaders Relentless, Move + Attack as free Action)?

I ask because in the Rules Reference under Free Action it says:
Through the use of free actions, a unit can perform more than
two actions during its activation.

So are free Actions only during the Activation?

Free actions can occur whenever the conditions that trigger them are met.

So since standy says you can perform a free move action and relentless says after a move action you can perform an attack action you could move and attack with relentless after your standby is triggered.
