Arvel nods and says to the bartender, "Check please, my friend." He gives the bartender a big hug after paying. As the Jedi file out the door, Arvel takes a good, long look across the room, watching a chapter of his life end and a new one begin. He takes a moment to recall one of his favorite poems:

Arvel checks the mode on his pistol. It is still set to kill.

Reesh would sigh slightly through his mask as he takes a step or two back. He leans back, straining his neck as he looks for an alternative way into the base. After a minute or two he spots what he's looking for. A couple of the panels on the roof of the structure had come loose, perhaps in a storm, or simply from lack of repair. This was a way in for the hunters way into the base.

Reesh would hold out his arm as he primes the grapnel launcher built into the bracer set in his armour. There is the sound of a shot as the launcher fires and the cables whips through the air. A clang a moment later confirms that the grapnel has connected with the roof. He would turn to face Arissa, holding out his other arm while he was still connected to the building. 'You coming up?'

Arissa put one arm around Reesh' shoulders and grabs a hold of the launcher with the other. "Watch where you put that free hand there. Up and away?"

But what if the bounty is large enough to cover repairs or is something the hunters really need? Destroying their ship might not dissuade them, but provoke them. That’ll be even worse then before.

Elias: Few bounties are over 50 thousand, those that are are generally for named individuals and this doesn't feel that personal, and if it was then them showing up at the base would imply that they were gunning for Lieutenant Venn here, and no offense Arvel but you don't seem to have enough life experience/history to command a bounty large enough to buy a tricked out starship. Also it's been my experience that professional bounty hunters don't provoke easily, it's bad for business and bad for staying alive. If it does provoke them then it likely means that they are inexperienced hunters. While both seem like formidable fighters the Gand in particular seems like a seasoned HUNTER. In any event going up against them while we are in a ship and they are not is far less risky than a face to face confrontation and depriving them of a ship really impairs their ability to chase us. The ideal situation would be to not have a gand findsmen following our proverbial scent, but since that's apparently of the table what's the next best alternative? I contend that it's depriving that hunter of the ability and incentive to chase us, but I'm open to other ideas.

Turning to Avalon. "You will have a lot of work to do once we're done here," he says. "Did I or did I not tell you to knock it off? Did I or did I not tell you what would happen if you didn't? Learn to listen to and respect your elders.

I also captain that Jedi praxeum ship you saw out front of the inn, which, if you want to learn to make use of your own 'gifts' from either myself or either of these other two Masters, you will likely be travelling on with us. Ragardless, we are on a mission here. Young lady, you are free to accompany us, or not, the choice is yours. But I need the boy to learn to behave himself. Closing his eyes, Korath uses the Force to lift the largest rock he can find, and causing it to orbit Xanth in slow, wide circles, before gently returning it to its original position.

"Any questions?" he asks.

Move : 4eF 4 Light Side, 3 Dark Side

I activate strength upgrade to lift a silhouette 2 boulder, and the fine manipulate upgrade to have it slowly orbit Xanth then put it back.
