Luke and Attacking and Movenemt

By Pooleman, in Rules

Hello boys,

Inwas in a match tonight and a tricky situation came up and I wanted clarification. I was playing Luke, Vader moves into my Luke and engages him and deals 3 damage. I activate Luke and attack, then use a free action to force push Vader away, then I move Luke back into Vader and use his charge ability to attack again. Did I do this correctly? It seemed scketchy to me but my opponent said it was fine.

You can only perform one attack action per turn. Luke's charge ability specifies that he makes an attack action. If you attacked him with your normal attack action then pushed him away you should not have been able to make a second attack action after you charged him.

This, and if you were using Son of Skywalker you should have pushed first, then moved/attacked (Charge) then get your second card attack.
