If you take both Vader and Veer's, can you use both to issue orders or does one leader have to be the over all army leader? Also can Stormtroopers choose whose leadership to use if both leaders are within range? Thanks for any help.

Before you choose your command card, at the beginning of the round, you nominate your commander for that turn. Only that commander is allowed to issue orders.

Patteous, you’re certainly more right than wrong but if you look at “Command Phase” in the RRG, you’ll see that you reveal the card first, determine priority, then nominate the commander and issue orders. You must select the appropriate commander for the card selected.
