My best friend and I where playing a game of legion today and we came across a question. If you don't move the unit leader, but move the rest of the squad around does that count as a movement action? Thanks for any help that you can give.

The only way to move yourself deliberately is if you perform a move action.

So even if your leader doesn’t physically move, the unit would still have needed to perform a move action.
