Mortar Launcher Range & Battle Meditation

By veiv, in Rules

Does the range 4-inf on the mortar launcher mean that any unit on the board is fair game or that units at range 3 or under cannot be fired upon?

Please clarify exactly how battle meditation functions.

Thx

1) Correct. Any unit at range 3 or lower is inside the minimum range and cannot be targeted.

2) When you issue orders with a commander that has battle meditation, one of those orders can be to any friendly unit, ignoring both command range and unit type restriction. For instance, you can play Son of Skywalker and issue the order to an airspeeder across the map.

Correct .. just a minor additional note that comms jammer can still override the battle meditation. Thematically it doesn't make sense, tech should not be able to cancel a force ability. But rules wise 'can't' overrides 'can'.

If you comms are screeching, you're not going to listen to a little voice in your head, instead you're going to try to reconnect to the commander!

Ok got it. Thanks all
