There is a good group starting up at Kirwan's Game Store located at 369 Main St, Catskill, NY 12414. People have been meeting Thursday evenings to correspond with our other miniatures gamers. Sometimes people play again on Saturdays, but Thursday looks to become our regular night. If you're in the area and looking for an opponant or even to just check out the game before buying in stop in and say hi.

Kirwan's a decent location and their setup is decent, but a bit of a hike for Capital District Region. If you're closer to the Capital District region instead of the Hudson area, there's a good community going on at Zombie Planet, as well. (And you folks somewhere in between can take advantage of both). We have Star Wars games on Monday and Thursday (catering more toward the X-Wing crowd, but I see that shifting a bit with the release of Legion), and Saturdays are wargaming days (with Legion being the current hotness, but we've a number of people interested in other wargames if you're into that thing).

We will have to let each other know in the future when we host events. It will be fun to get both gaming groups together.
