Looking for advice on painting 3D doors, crates, and terminals

I am curious how others painted their 3D doors, crates, and terminals. Show off your results and technique!

Can't go wrong with grey primer and a bit of drybrushing...

These look great. See, and I was thinking I needed to do a wash. Guess not...

Well I built those bits mostly out of balsa wood, so a wash was kind of out of the question (as it would just soak in).

But for printed/plaster terrain, I would say primer>wash>drybrush would probably get you a good result, maybe add some base colours (where necessary/if needed) before drybrush, and a bit of brush work for any details.
