E Discard 1 card: If this attack deals damage, add it to your momentum.

If I use the E of Ninja Shrike Dash, and the card goes to my momentum(With no momentum), and then I use Getting an Education R . Can I return the discarded momentum to my hand?

Don't think it will work. When you use the R on getting an education, once you pay the cost, which is discarding one momentum, then when you go to "add the card to your hand" it is not there anymore, thus it cannot be added to your hand.
