Improving the Original Core Rulebook Specializations

I might kick off a new campaign if I can flesh out a decent one. I've got some ideas.

I'm going to let them do a Genesys hybrid kind of thing. Pick a Career/Specialization for skill assignment, then add Talents from all Specs in the career with out of spec ones costing maybe 5xp extra. Lets them build the bounty hunter or smuggler they want to be instead of what is laid out in the trees rigidly.
