Here's a little something that I cooked up which I've been using along side the monster/npc sheet in Universal Head's rules reference. The background is taken directly from the reference .pdf, if that's a problem I can take this down at once. And no, it's not as pretty as Universal Head's work, but I think it serves it's purpose. If anyone wants to clean this up or make a nicer version they should feel free to do so.

This should be pretty straight forward. I use it to track wounds (with tokens in place of cards), a/c/e and ability recharge. It's got some extra spaces that should allow you to assign action cards to monsters as well. It's not as nice as having the actual abilities spelled out in front of you, but it does mean that I don't need to leave my ToA open during play and I can flip through bestiary entries as needed.

Done. I took the background out. it's a bit plain now but it still serves it's purpose. Perhaps I'll try to fancy it up a bit later.

I like them plain. Although I love the prettified stuff folks post, it makes my printer cry. The ones without backgrounds but with fancy fonts serve my purposes enough (they're utilities after all). thanks for putting this together!
