So just bought into the game. Bought another players set of tons of cards, but no tokens or anything were included. Is there anything besides power and gold I would need? Also, for those more experienced, how many of each do I need?

For two players, you need 29 Power, and I'd say about 30 gold. There should also be a First Player token, which is not strictly necessary but helpful, and some miscellaneous double-sided tokens, of which I recommend about 6.
