Hey, all! My group's just finished up a revamped version of "For Love or Money" from 2e, and I don't want to push them into something huge before The Gathering Storm comes out. We've got one (relatively) short play session coming up next week. Any ideas for what we might do for 5 or 6 hours that night? I may end up writing my own adventure, but if anyone's got something short, sweet, and tasty (or something longer that I could easily cut down,) I'd love to hear suggestions.
Relatively short scenario suggestion?
With a little help from my friends is good.

The only things you have to change for 3rd edition are:
1. Change alphonse to be a dwarf
2. Use 3e bestiary stats for the bad guys
Everything else is a no-brainer.

That looks great! Thank you!
Let me know how it runs. i've run it twice on MAPTOOL (as you can see on my maptool webpage). Alphonse can be used as little or as much as you need.
Also, I typically had the streets abandoned..I used to have info from middenheim (or whereever you run it) in the rumor pool. For example in Middenheim, we had the rumors of human faces in the flowers and weeds in the animal stocks in the southern part of the city. I also used the LAST DROP as the tavern staging point for the adventure. That place is a notorious place for lowlifes and is a nasty drug haven (works well for all the lowest elements..like adventurers).
FYI: here is the scenario in japanese (if you need images): images.google.com/imgres
