Similar boat but android phone. Also seems a non-working file.
Works fine from my PC.

Downloaded just fine (with Chrome) on my Galaxy S5 mini...
As soon as I can Ill upload a form fill-able one.
Official character sheet posted on product support. On weird mobile so no link from me.
Side note: Both the character sheet and the Gencon adventure refused to download onto my Android phone with Chrome for some reason, but worked like a charm with good old Firefox. Haven't checked Opera.
I had no problem with Chrome.
I pillaged a few peoples forms and added them to the base sheet, and then tweaked things as best I could (tab order, an actual picture import field, etc).
