Universal Head's WFRP3 Reference Pack

By UniversalHead, in WFRP Gamemasters

I've finally got around to uploading my WFRP3 'reference pack' to my game reference sheets site. Hope you find it useful.

The pack includes the following: 1 page character creation summary; 4 page rules summary; a double-sided GM reference sheet; 2 different types of quick reference cards, one for the dice and one for manouevres etc; a B&W monster combat sheet; and finally, some counters I use to quickly mark ranges.

Enjoy! Corrections and suggestions for improvement are always welcome.

Wow.

I have been looking at covering some of this for myself.

I would NEVER be able to do this with the same panache and style. You have definately made my day. Thanks and looking forward to seeing more fantastic tools.

DITO!

Great respect! aplauso.gif

I'm just working on a Master Equipment List and after that I planned to start a summary of the rules.
But you definitely did it better, more exact and it is a really warhammerish style.

I saved your website on my favorites.

Great stuff!! Thank you!

If I could have babies I'd offer to have yours. As I stated before, you are an amazing talent, and the fact that you give this stuff away to the community makes it even more amazing. Thank you! Wow, 19 pages of reference help goodness!!

Awesome.

... is apparently too short a post. So here's some filler:

You are the man. I'm quickly saving this and getting my players to save it too before someone comes along and wrecks it for everyone ;)

One thing that I'd update: Long 1, Long 2; Extreme 3, extreme 2, extreme 1 ...ranges by maneuvers required to move through. You could probably still use the same token for it, but just list 3, 2, 1 on the token.

jh

As always, you knock it out of the park! Wonderful!

Ooh, nice idea. I think the lengths line up that way, but some folks see the numbers easier.

Really, those range tokens are great.

Nicely done, i particularly like the summary cards at the end.

Gitzman

You are a F***-ing BEAST!

Ditto to everything that's been said so far. Awesome work.

As much as I normally hate "Me too" posts, this really is excellent work.

Well done.

Thanks for the kind feedback folks. I've just modified the file at the entirely reasonable request of FFG - there were a few things that had to be removed. I'd checked with FFG that a summary was OK, but I went a bit far and added a little too much information!

Looking at the monster section now I see the monsters' powers aren't there. If we had a sheet or two with those, it could eliminate our need for the GM book entirely :y

Like I said though there's a ton of useful stuff here already. So I feel like a pretty big ****** for criticizing anything at all!

I've made very nice cards for the monster's powers, but they will forever remain just mine I'm afraid! And no doubt your comment is exactly why FFG asked me to remove some of the information. ;)

Understandable! Have to leave some things out of it to foil those corsairs.

The link is dead for me now, does thias mean even the ammended playing aid has been removed?

**Slaps mykelsss with a wet fish on the way past**

Sorry, it is working must of been browser playing up

**Pats and adjusts mykelsss back to neatness**

UHead, or anyone for that matter, what fonts did you use? I can't figure out the closest font to the old world typeface WH uses.

JSL Ancient for headings.

Hahah, Daedalum I don't believe he meant it was my fault for him having to change it. I believe he meant the topic I was talking about was the exact same one they found troublesome and therefore they wanted him to remove some things. I mean look at the timestamps between my post and his :P

On a sidenote, on the Skill List I believe I found a minor error:

"Advanced skills cannot be attempted untrained. They must first be acquired, then they can be trained."

I think you meant:

"Advanced skills cannot be attempted with first acquiring them. They must first be acquired, then they can be trained." Or somesuch.

Correct on all counts!

This is a fantastic resource! Thank you very much for sharing! I'm adding this to my list of fan-made tools that turn an already wonderful game system into something truly spectacular.

In my opinion, that's what can make or break a game...fan enthusiasm and support.

ah yes, sorry mykelsss.

Wow, this is a fantastic set of game aids. Thanks Universal Head!
