Star Wars: Revan's War IC

The Besalisk would slow her work as she considers the request. The last drill was at the beginning of the month. If there is any breach in the tube the doors at both end will seal automatically and require a manual override to be reopened. As for staff presenting risks, those tubes are heavily reinforced. It would take either active sabotage or an outside assault to destroy one'.

Back in the admirals office, the admiral would turn away from the door to face the jedi. Hearing him contact the other jedi she would stride towards him. 'Master jedi please, calm yourself. This may be an odd situation but we have no reason to believe that we are under attack or that this is one of Revans vessels. They have the necessary codes to be here, and centurion is a vessel used all across republic space'.

She would move back towards the door as she continues to speak. 'Besides, the chances of this being one of Revans ships is exceedingly low. As far as we know he most likely perished in the unknown regions. Even if he returned, why would he come back here?'

She would pause in the doorway, turning the face the jedi. 'If you are truly worried that we are to be attacked, then gather your jedi, but do not spread this among the stations crew. I will not have mass panic here'. With that she would move to leave the jedi and the mon calamari alone.

In the med bay, the doctor would frown pensively as he moves to the window at the end of the medi bay to stare out at the window. 'Is there something you jedi aren't telling us? Something we should know?'

For a while, the ship would continue to hang in space, unmoving and unresponsive. After a moment it would begin to move slowly, turning so that its starboard side faced the station. Still though nothing seemed to happen.

Gaze joins him at the window. "Your guess is as good as mine. We were given hardly any information before they sent us out here, so little in fact your base didn't believe we were who we said we were. They sure didn't say anything about some follow up ship, much less one of that size." He frowns, remembering his roommate's vision. He turns to the doctor. "Whatever protocol your staff has for direct emergencies on the station, I suggest you initiate them, something about this feels strange. Better safe than swamped with casualties has been my guiding principle. "

" Excellent! Thank yo.. " Muu says, just before his comlink beeps receiving Zoroku's message. After a moment of processing Zoroku's words, " This vessel wouldn't be too large for a hangar yet, docking in this sector of the station, would it? " he questions, unaware visually what is occurring outside of the office.

Zoroku would look to the Admiral as she leaves " Only the Jedi know of my warning, I suggest you heed it, there are fates worse than death in the Unknown Regions, for the both of us let us hope all that happened to the Revanchist is Death." He would leave the Admiral's room and turn his communicator back on " Zoroku s peaking, Let us meet in the hangar bay where the Dragon is docked, I will be there shortly." He would make haste toward the hangar bay, if there was going to be an attack assault troops would likely enter through the hangars if they wanted to capture it.

Oola thows her hands up as Wan FINALLY gets to the bar

Where have you been? Found a service droid you took a fancy to? Come on we gotta get to the hanger so we can get a good look at this ship. We could have been there ages ago but you had to keep me waiting. Sigh.

Just before leaving she turned to Walden.

You coming?

"Huh? Oh, right." Walden said to Oola, taking his attention off the ship. Whatever that ship was, it was enough for Zoroku to call everyone to the hangar. And if it got Zoroku calling everyone...something big was coming this way.

"This is Tiberius, I've already started up the Dragon 's engines. Kattadik is here in the hangar as well. I'll prep for takeoff." Tiberius says into the ship's comms, this did not seem like it was going to end well, he started flipping switches and pressing buttons in the startup sequence.

"Hey, Tiberius, just in case...did those ship techs manage to install guns on the Dragon?" Walden asks.

"They did not. If you want to fight take a fighter. I'll man the Dragon in case anyone needs an emergency pickup."

Oola looks at Walden bemusedly.

How many of you did the Council dump in this dump?

"Wrrhw huuguughghg huurh huuguughghg aarrragghuuhw aaaaahnr uggguh uughghhhgh? Aarrragghuuhw uughghhhgh aaaaahnr uughghhhgh uughguughhhghghghhhgh raaaaaahhgh aaahnruh uughghhhgh uughguughhhghghghhhgh huurh aarrragghuuhw hnnnhrrhhh huurh. Huuguughghg raaaaaahhgh uuh uughguughhhghghghhhgh raaaaaahhgh huuguughghg uughghhhgh wrrhw aarrragghuuhw huurh."

Kataddik gets on the comm to the control center.

"Aguhwwgggghhh huuguughghg huurh aaahnruh huuguughghg raaaaaahhgh huuguughghg raaaaaahhgh wrrhwrwwhw awwgggghhh uughghhhgh aaaaahnr uughguughhhghghghhhgh huuguughghg huurh aaaaahnr aarrragghuuhw uughghhhgh uughguughhhghghghhhgh aaaaahnr wrrhw aarrragghuuhw hnnnhrrhhh. Uugggh uughghhhgh uughghhhgh uughguughhhghghghhhgh wuuh!"

Has there been any response from this ship? Something's not right here if they simply sent a clearance code unprompted. Particularly if they won't respond to any communications. I recommend we get some fighters out there and intercept that ship and hold it in orbit until we can confirm its identity and intent. Don't let that ship land!

The Besalisk would actually pause in her work, turning to face a panel to her right fully now. Using two hands she would bring up a three dimensional rendering of the vessel. 'A Centurion-Class battleship would require a docking tube to aces the station. It is much too large for a hanger'. She would glance up at the ceiling as a red light began to flash in the ceiling. 'Oh now what' she would say in a tired voice as a siren begins to blare in the distance.

The doctor would move hurriedly away from the window as the lights begin to rotate in the medi bays ceiling and the siren can be heard as well. The look on his face was one of genuine concern. 'Oh no, that's, that's not good'. he'd mumble as he would rush to a near by terminal. 'All medical staff report to your stations immediately'. He would turn to face the jedi, still clearly nervous. 'It looks like you were right Gaze. I hope not too right'.

Just before the sirens begin, the large Wookie would receive a prompt response from the command centre. It wasn't a voice the jedi would recognize, presumably one of the many staff members who work the station. 'Don't worry sir, we aren't letting anything happen till we can make contact'. It was then that the sirens began to whine. 'Sir, I think we're under attack. We could really use some help, I reckon things are going to go south'.

The reason for the sirens quickly became evident for anyone with a view of the ship. The Centurions hangers had opened, and like a tide of black locust, ships had emerged from its bowels. There were ships that no one had ever seen before. Although they were difficult to see at first, they quickly begun to grow into focus. Narrow bodies with sharp angular wings jutting outwards. Even to the untrained eye, there was no mistaking their purpose. They were fighter craft, pure and simple.

Any of the stations staff who had been staring out of the window were now scattering, shouting to each other as engineers run for cover while security and republic naval crews dashed to their positions.

It was too late though, the station was rocked with terrific explosions as the black ships screamed overhead, dropping missiles and bombs onto the station. There was burst of chatter that the jedi could hear as the stations defenders went to work.

'They're targeting the AA cannons, they're leaving us defenceless!'

'There's too many, we'll be overrun if they board us!'

The jedi were largely ignored by this point, it was as if during the chaos they had ceased to exist. It was understandable to be fair. The soldiers here had a lot more to think about now other than their guests. But that didn't mean that the jedi were left to hunker down till the fighting was over. There was going to be a lot of work for them now.

Walden would hear Gunda's voice shouting at him through the comm. 'Hey fly boy! They're asking for you down at the fighter hanger! They're scrambling and I'm getting a fighter right now! I think we could use you out there'.

Meanwhile Walden and Matt had managed to make their way to the hanger. Both looked shocked and concerned by what was going on. Meanwhile an automated voice would sound over the loud speaker system. 'Attention all personnel. Security personnel report to your positions, all other staff prepare to evacuate. This is not a drill'.

" Kattadik I share your same opinion however the Admiral doesn't see anything wrong with this ship arriving completely unannounced nor its lack of communication. There will be no greeting party." Zoroku chose his words carefully as passers by to any of the Jedi would likely understand galactic Basicn, he was thankful that most of the Galaxy did not know Shyriiwook. He continued to hurry his way through the cluttered hallways of the space station on his way to the Hangar bay. Then several explosions rock the station itself and cause a mass panic, Zoroku sighed and turned the communicator back on " It seems regrettably I was correct, Walden, Gunda take to the skies both of your skills in piloting would be most useful there. Kattadik and Tiberius I will join the two of you shortly we should prepare for any assault forces that will be coming from that Battlecruiser. Gaze and Muu you have yet to report." Zoroku now sprinted toward the Hangar as there was no need to prevent a mass panic when the sudden attack of the ship had done so already. While it hadn't yet been confirmed to him Zoroku had a good idea of who was likely up to this attack.

"Huurh aaaaahnr."

Drawing his sword and lightsaber while turning to the security personnel, Kataddik yells,

"Uughguughhhghghghhhgh huurh raaaaaahhgh huurh uughghhhgh hnnnhrrhhh uughguughhhghghghhhgh aaaaahnr huuguughghg!"

Agreed.

Seal those bay doors and prepare to repel boarders!

"I did just come from the hangar, you know. Follow me. I believe I discovered the fastest route."

Kai-wan leads them back, but this time everyone is moving about hurriedly.

"Shall we take a fighter, Mistress? I am an excellent pilot. I think.. Perhaps not. Well.. We could see? No, I think not.."

The tall security droid unlimbers the staff from his back.

"We are under fire, I repeat we are under fire. The Centurion is hostile." Tiberius says into the comms.

"Well, I believe that's around ten-" Walden says in response to Oola's question before the station starts getting rocked by explosions. Walden had to keep his footing amidst the shockwaves.

"...Of us," he would say before seeing two unidentified fighters streak past the window. "Wan, was it? Lead the way."

As Walden made his way inside the hangar, the first thing he noticed was one of the technicians trying to drag what looked like his co-worker, with said co-worker missing a leg. Explosions start happening at the far edge of the hangar where people were trying, some in vain, to get out of harm's way.

"By the Force, we're being attacked..." Walden would think, stunned at the scene, before Gunda and Zoroku's voice snapped live on the comms.

"This is Walden, I'm heading towards the fighter hangar right now," he would say. As to Wan's query, Walden would say hurriedly, "If you want to take a fighter, follow me. Otherwise, find the others."

Walden ran as quick as he could, grabbing his lightsaber in case the unknown hostiles made their way to the station.

Gaze would narrow his eyes as the fighting started, mood shifting significantly. He'd draw his hilt as he headed out of the medbay, and lean into his comms. "This is Gaze, Muu, where are you currently? I'm coming to your location if you can give me coordinates."

Muu grabs his comlink, " I am at the sector admin office at these coordinates " he responds by listing his location.

" The Centurion-Class battleship cannot dock in the hangar but will need the sector docking tubes. Here are the coordinates to all the docking tubes within this sector " he says, providing the information from the holo projection infront of him to the rest of the Jedi.

Turning to the Besalisk, he questions " Have we notified Coruscant? ".

Not waiting for a response, Muu says on the comlink " Tiberius, inform Coruscant Temple of the attack ".

"Will do." He turns to the ships transmitter and sends a signal to tte Jedi temple, "This is Tiberius Rook on the Jedi missson to Foerost Shipyards we are under attack by a Centurion class battlecruiser. Requesting immediate backup." Then he hits the repeat signal button hoping someone would hear it. In a flash of Brilliance he broadcasted the sognal on Republic airwaves as well.

Gaze slows down his pace for a moment as Muu mentions the docking tubes. "Docking tubes...are they perhaps the kind you mentioned to me last night?" He picks up his pace, increasing it actually as he heads towards the nearest lift to take him towards Muu's location.

'Already on it!' Gunda would shout over his shoulder as he makes a dash for hangers exit along with a ragged stream of civilians. For a short figure he moved quickly, and was out of sight in less than a minute. He was quickly followed by Svae who volunteered himself to go and help Muu and Gaze. For the moment, Matt stayed with the others, drawing his lightsaber, ready for combat.

Judging by the confused look of the guard who Kataddik roared at, he most likely didn't speak the same language. He would pause to listen to a garbled message from his commlink before running across to the jedi, calling out as he goes. 'Sirs! We've got reports of shuttles being launched by the ship, we're clearing as many civilians as we can tot he residential areas. If you're not here to fight, I'm going to need you to take cover!'.

A second figure would come running across the hanger along with a squad of republic naval troopers. The leader of the squad would shout to the security officer talking to the jedi. 'Shar! We've got a shuttle heading for this hanger! It's going to be here in a few minutes, we're setting up a defence here, but we're stretched thin as it is'.

He'd pause to look at the jedi, concern in his eyes. 'I hope you lot are ready for some combat. We could really use those magic powers of yours right about now'.

Meanwhile Waldens commlink would begin to beep with an incoming message, it was the woman he had flown with earlier. 'Hey jedi! Where you at? We've got a couple of ships without pilots here. Get your butt down here ASAP!'

In the admin office where Muu was holed up, the Besalisk had turned all of her attention to the single screen of the ship. She had expanded it to a map of the battlefield, similar to what the people in the command centre would be able to see. 'I don't think they're planning to dock. They're sending shuttles to board the station, look'. She would say as she highlights a few of them on the screen. 'They're aiming for the hangers and the, and the dry docks'. She would look confused by this. 'Why are they landing in the dry docks? Accessing the the station through the dry docks docking tubes would be almost impossible. They'll all be sealed shut by now'.

As Tiberius begins to send his message, a hologram of a jedi would appear on the console as the transmission begins. 'Come in Tiber-, we're ha-, can-'. The hologram flickered and died, along with the transmission signal. It seemed that the Centurion had jamming equipment aboard their vessel.

Those jedi in the hanger would see a pair of fighter barrelling towards their location. They were flying low and level as if they were about to land in the hanger. This was not the case however, there was a flash of light form the underside of the ships before they banked right and away from the entrance. What they had done was launch a pair of missiles, aimed right into the hangers mouth. In a few seconds they would hit their targets, there wasn't much time to think before they explode.

Muu considers Gaze's question, " Its my strongest lead at present based off my limited investigation thus far " he replies.

" My vision did not see any battlecrusiers... is this event even related? " he ponders for a second.

Muu listens to the Besalisk, " The Centurion is sending shuttles to the hangar and dry docks, doesn't appear the battlecrusier is trying to dock currently " he says over the comm.

" Are you able to override any attempts of opening the dry docks from the office? " he questions the Besalisk.

"This is Walden Albright, I'm heading to the fighter hangar!" he said to the woman pilot on the comlink, running as fast as he could. Hopefully, there was still time.

"This is Tiberius, I made brief contact with the council, but it seems like we're being jammed. Try to take out their sensor dishes, one of them will be the jammer." Tiberius said, "We might not stand a chance alone."
