finished the riot troopers this weekend and am nearly finished the sentry droids. this miniature is fun to paint. the wide stance means there are no hard to reach areas. you can flick through the several images below.

Hey bud, nice work! Did you dry brush the shields, or single highlighting? Also how did you glaze the baton?

single base coat on the shield. then black wash. then go over the flattest part of the shield with the base colour again. then a silver (leadbelcher) dry brush on some of the points that would scrape or scratch on surfaces.

as for the baton, light blue. white highlight, then water down the blue and put on the baton staff. i then used my finger to dab and wipe down the excess off the staff.
