I have the RtL app on my Andriod tablet. Bought the Delve DLC but was rather surprised to find that I am unable to restore the purchase on my mobile phone (using the same google account).

Is this to be expected? i.e you require a separate purchase for every device, rather than one purchase per account?

If I were to change tablet, would the purchase be lost?
