There are so many bad or even barely passable poutines out there... It's like pizza, the really good ones are few and far between.
We had an awesome Belle Province when we lived in Montreal (they razed the building to put up a tower of condos, a massive loss to the neighbourhood). We found a really good one where we live now, so that's good.
