At my last regional a guy was flying Dash (normal build) plus Sabine Shuttle with Stealth, TLT, Intensity and Rec Spec. That was a tanky little shuttle!

No, I don't think so. I think it was an attempt to say "Look, Imperials have good things, it's not just rebel defense stacks out there!" that came out badly.

Also, as I type this, I realize that the reason we don't get more X-Wing articles is because of people like me who nitpick and complain about all of the little details in the article. Thanks, me.

Yeah, FFG sure likes their games to just be the same old Rebs vs. Imps over and over again huh? They sure don't ever want to add prequel factions into any of their games (not trying to open that can of worms here, just an example).
At least the winner was basically a First Order theme list. So we sort of have three factions now?

More seriously though, this article is just going to contribute to the problem: Even if the EU meta is completely different, worlds uses the US meta, which is fat turrets, and fat turrets in large numbers are a problem. Also, Kylo with PTL+AT is close to a turret, and QD is not far either.

I'm not gonna lie, as someone whose been playing long enough to remember when ffg once said we'd never get a third faction, I get random good vibes when I see a cut that's all rebel imperials. Maybe it just makes me nostalgic

Have to admit, it feels more StarWarsy. There's only one Scum ship that shows up in the OT, and it's also probably the second worst ship in the game (after the Punisher).
