I would be disappointed if there's not at least a little bit of that going on.

Also, separate idea, would be interesting if you attached a poll to every trade that would allow people to say why they were buying or selling at that moment. You could always opt out but might lead to some interesting trends that could be shown after the event window closes.

well, sure- invest 0.1% in something unheard of that goes to 5.1% of the meta- you made a 5000% return, but you only made 5 meta-percentage per contract. If you start buying multiple contracts, due to lower liquidity and it being such an out-there position, you will need to either get other people interested or contact a market maker for them to provide liquidity.

I'd let people buy on margin, but that could potentially be very ****-y very fast if big moves happen.

Also, real talk- How is Cassian Crew not everywhere? He's Intel Agent (and Intel Agent is very good) but way better. If I could take him in Empire he'd be ******* glued to my Phantom and maybe even a Deci.

Open outcry with very limited participants- you would know exactly who is/has been selling/buying what.

You said it yourself, he's Rebel only. Was at a cross faction event the other day and put him on Unkar Plutt, hilarity ensued.

So, I just finished giving my talk at APS March Meeting in LA. Should I go troll one of the crackpot sessions later in the week by presenting my predictions on the X-wing stock market? It'd make at least as much sense as the crackpot theories presented in those sessions.

You need a good slide explaining why X-wing meta stock market is representative of something buzzword, or how methods developed for X-wing meta stock market can be applied to something buzzword. Otherwise, seems legit.

Different father/son combo. I didn't think the son's ages lined up. I'm not a PTL member, but I do join in a few of their tournaments. Probably no overlap - yet. We both probably know a few of the same people though!
