PDC is good but too expensive. You actually want the charges to transfer Deplete/Strain into stress & dice a lot of the time - /ba isn’t a ship well suited to ‘run & regen’.
The whole /ba chassis is significantly overcosted. Take 4-5pts off all pilots and 2-3pts off PDC. And it still might not be good enough.

We now understand, FFG wants us all to fawn over the lack of I6s, the gorgeous RED ship and her seemingly low cost.
But... we know:
I was really cool on Vonreg until I saw PDC and being able to keep all my dice when my rubbish arc-dodging failed to work, so I could at least shoot my way out, made the ship make sense.
I figured I’d pay 58-60pts for Vonreg with Composure and PDC.
With Composure gone I’m almost entirely off Vonreg anyway. That TL on the thrusters actually reminds me a lot of E-Wings crappy linked actions. You spend so much time Focus/Boosting with aces and he can’t do it.

Yeah, he has to be granted the flank, otherwise totally opt in or totally opt out most of the time.

Can DPC get that cheap, though? You can dial in a blue move, spend both charges and regain a shield. Seems like its mostly a more flexible Shield Upgrade at worst.
I can easily see the /ba going down, but DPC seems hard to drop below 8 (agility based?), for theoretical "shield costs X" reasons.

I don’t know if a faction specific 2-slot upgrade needs to be cost-matched to a generic 1-slot upgrade.

Mostly I am just trying to figure out how Obi/Plo and Supreme Leader will bid, low 190s seems plausible for Republic 4Force Lists.
Slave 1 Boba + Fenn bids pretty deep beyond the point of even trying to out bid it. Not so good that you have to move after it anyway.
Vader Duchess Richard and FO Trip Aces can bid heavily as well but probably have other bigger problems matchup wise without some toys.
Oh and also Rebel Falcons exist but for some reason people dont talk about Han, Leia, Lando much as aces.

Skull Fangs, Greer, T-70(?), Tie Swarm(?), anything bringing an I1 blocker, Rebel Beef.
Basically, if the I1-I3 stuff has enough guns to punish I5 & I6 then I4 can bring more guns to finish the lower stuff off. This is clearly still theory.
