It's not that easy. Are you asking who is good as an ace, or generally what tier these pilots are? Because I see e.g. Boba/Fenn/Teroch as better than B-tier, but they are at best a B-tier ace imo.
And it strikes me as interesting that the best aces are those who can afford it to joust while acing, i.e. those who can be the least ace among those who are ace are the best ace. Haha

Because saving 5-10 points by not bothering with the i6 and just giving one/both of the i5s Sense is better value for money.

If Sense Plo or Sense Obi are not facing A then they themselves have A.

The context was the question of taking or not taking Anakin instead of a lower i5 ship with sense.

i5 with sense:

- better against i5 with less bid (sense was wasted, might as well take Ani)

- better against i5 with higher bis (sense was useful, might as well take Ani)

- better against i6 (sense was useful, might not as well take Ani b/c no bid)

- better against i1-4 (sense was wasted, might as well take Ani))

That was my point.

edit: and just in case: of course lists are a mix and the value depends on individual games. And of course assuming Ani = i5+sense, which is not always the case

I have this recurring problem where I don’t actually get as much value out of the highest-I because I get blocked to death. How can I resolve this?

(Like seriously: I can kill with I 3-4, and very occasionally 5. 6 is just a waste though, because block city. But I know this is more of a me problem than a universal one.)

You can just bring Chopper. Get blocked twice and still take 2 evades. Oh and you probably have 3 force.

Increase the bias voltage until you're in a band gap.
